NOTICE is hereby given that after the expira-
lion of fourteen clear days from the publica-
tion hereof APPLICATION will be made to
the Supreme Court of Victoria, in its
probate Jurisdiction, that PROBATE of the WILL
(dated the third day of December, 1931) of
HELEN LUCY ROBOTHAM. formerly of 70 Perth-
street. Prahran, but late of 93 St. Elmo-road,
Ivonhoe, in the State ot Victoria, Widow, de-
ceased, may be GRANTED to Madge Robotham,
formerly of 70 Perth-street, Prahran afore-
said but now of 259 Dandenong-road,
Windsor, in the said State, spinster, and
Kitty Donnelly, formerly Kitty Robotham
of 70 Perth-street, Prahran aforesaid, spinster,
but now of Cowderoy-street. St. Kilda, in the
said State, married woman. the executrlces
named in and appointed by the said will.
