| Text | PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1938. all persons having CLAIMS against the estate of LYDIA ESTHER LOVELL, late of Can- terbury road, Forest Hill. In the State of Victoria, widow, deceased, who died on the twenty-sixth day of May. 1945, and probate of whose will was granted by the Supreme Court of Victoria on the eighth day of August, 1945. to Phyllis Marjorie Wilson, of 41 David road, Hampton, in the said State, married woman, and Elsie Olive Barber, of 119 Albion street west, Brunswick, in the said State, married woman, two of the exécutrices named in and appointed by the said will (Lillian Sarah Frances Lovell, of Canterbury road, Forest Hill. In the said State, spinster, having renounced probate thereof), are hereby required to FORWARD PARTICULARS of such claims to the exécu- trices, in care of their solicitor, Dudley A. Tregent. B.A., LL.M.. 422 Collins street, Melbourne, on or before the twentieth day of December, 1945. after the expiration of which time the said exécutrices will proceed to distribute the assets of the sala deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to claims of which they shall have had notice.
